  • Does motion.how guarantee that I will improve?
    No guarantees, it will still require hard work and commitment from you to meet the goals you have setup. motion.how will however make the journey easier and more fun.   • How long after submitting a video till I receive my motion.how analysis?
    During the trial, if selected, you will receive your analysis by the end of the trial. After motion.how is live, you will receive your analysis, by email, within minutes after submitting your video.
  • Can I choose which professional athlete I want to compare my motion to?
    No, but if we receive many requests for the same athlete then we will try to add an analysis comparison for that athlete
  • What are the guidelines to recording a motion video?
    Record only one motion per video. A mobile phone works just fine to record the video. Distance from camera, make sure the entire motion and person is visible. Hold the camera still while recording, don't move the camera along with the motion or person. Measure the distance between your shoulder and elbow, in millimeters. This is needed for us to be able to get the other relevant distances in the video. Minimum and Maximum length of video - should be as short as possible when capturing the motion. No need for extra seconds of video before or after the motion of interest. Record the video from the viewpoint (side/front/back) where you get the best view of the motion that is of interest. For instance, a tennis forehand hit by a right-handed person should be recorded on the right-hand side of the person.
  • Can I record and analyse two motions or poses in the same video?
    No, each video must only contain one specific motion or pose. See our video recording guidelines.
  • What type of analysis reports and packages does motion.how provide?

  • Do you have any information about the motion.how trial?

  • Can I submit a request for a new motion?
    Yes. We will add motions when we have a big enough demand for that specific motion. Please send a request to info@motion.how

  • Can I, as a motion.how partner, make money?
    Yes, all selected partners will make a commission on information they have provided and that is provided to an end user. For example, professional athletes reference models included in an end user’s analysis package will generate a commission for the professional athlete. The same applies for coaches that has either provided input to the motion.how proprietary models or when providing hands on human coaching. Sports clubs and motion.how resellers will also make a commission.
